 Mark Alan Epstein,
President
- Mark Alan Epstein is the President of Flow Master Fund Management, Inc and its various affiliates.
Mr. Epstein is a computer scientist who has been in the investment management and technology industries
for over 15 years. After receiving a B.S. in Mathematics in 1984 and an M.S. in Computer Science in 1986
from The University of Chicago, Mr. Epstein began designing and implementing a variety of technical
trading and risk-management systems to price and trade derivatives portfolios. These systems have been
used in real-time trading by a wide variety of clients, including The World Bank and Continental Grain
Company. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Epstein was the Director of Research and Technology for Apollo
Derivatives Group, an options market making group with traders in Chicago, London and Frankfurt. Mr.
Epstein founded the Flow group companies in 1996 to provide technology and trading consulting services.
In the art world, Mr. Epstein developed Cafe Voltaire in 1990, a natural foods restaurant, performance
space theatre, and art gallery in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood. Later, Mr. Epstein created Flow Arts
to support independent film, theatre, and musical productions. With a commitment to health and the
environment, Mr. Epstein serves on the board of Sustain, National Health Association, and EarthSave
International. Currently residing in Chicago with his three cats (Lamar, Fiona, and Momma Grey), Mr.
Epstein is an avid philatelist, plays the saxophones, and enjoys squash, racquetball, golf, bowling, and
vegetarian cooking.

 Mitchell R. Joseph,
Vice President
- Mitchell R. Joseph is the Vice President of Flow Master Fund Management, Inc. and has been in the trading
industry for over 15 years. After receiving his B.A. degree from DePaul University in 1984, Mr. Joseph
began trading at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange ("CME") in the S&P 500 futures pit. During Mr. Joseph's
three years trading for Singer Wenger Trading Company, he traded in the index, interest rate, meat and
currency futures and options pits at the CME. Mr. Joseph was an independent floor trader on the CME, The
Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Board of Options Exchange for the following eight years, adding
grain, equity, and equity index options to his floor trading experience. Mr. Joseph joined the Flow group
at its inception in 1996. Outside of the trading industry, Mr. Joseph has numerous other interests. In
addition to professionally teaching squash and racquetball at Chicago's East Bank Club, Mr. Joseph is an
avid golfer, snowboarder, skier, scuba diver and boater. Mr. Joseph and his wife, Dr. Rayna Joseph,
currently reside with their two dogs, Crash and Darwin, in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. Mr.
Joseph also volunteers at the Children's Memorial Hospital helping to produce an in house television show
for the patients and their families. As an amateur musician, Mr. Joseph also enjoys playing the piano,
trumpet, and drums.

 Matthew M.
Hetherington, Technology
- Matthew M. Hetherington is the Director of Technology for Flow. Mr. Hetherington began his career in
1993 while attending Northwestern University. While working for their network and computer support
department, Mr. Hetherington architected and implemented a campus-wide electronic calendaring and
scheduling system. In 1996, Mr. Hetherington earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and began working
for CNA Insurance. As the Lead Electronic Messaging Architect, Mr. Hetherington was the project manager
and lead technologist for the world's second-largest Microsoft Mail to Microsoft Exchange conversion. In
1998, Mr. Hetherington began working for Software Spectrum. As a Principal Consultant and Microsoft
Certified Systems Engineer, Mr. Hetherington's client list ranged in size from small startup companies to
large international enterprises across a variety of business sectors including: Financial, Manufacturing,
Insurance, Pharmeceuticals, Hi-Tech, and Military.
Mr. Hetherington provided consulting services to Flow for six months prior to joining Flow full-time in
November 2000. Mr. Hetherington manages Flow's day-to-day technology requirements and is helping to
shape Flow's technology evolution.

 James Rohrbacher,
Administration
- James Rohrbacher is the Vegetarian Chef and Administrator for Flow. James has been in the food service
industry for over 20 years, mostly managing various restaurants in the Midwest. At Flow, James found the
opportunity to rediscover his passion for cooking, while also taking care of administrative tasks. James
has found the perfect niche to showcase his talents and nurture his culinary philosophy by creating
exquisite, interesting vegetarian food. James' other passions include music and tennis. He has a
Bachelor of Music-Performance from University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a USPTA-certified tennis
teaching professional.
